Three nights in a row I have had very vivid dreams. They were all sort of violent ones, but they were in fact very vivid. I also remembered them quite clearly, and still do, even the first dream. Usually, when I wake up from an awesome dream I try to remember what happened, but can’t. Now that I am doing yoga every night, I have remembered my dreams. At first I thought maybe yoga is helping me bring out a violent side in my personality (oh no!) but then I remembered back when I was really young and I had a certain violent dream that I can still remember. So then I thought, I bet you yoga is helping me have more vivid dreams. I have heard that yoga increases lucid dreaming, and I definitely am starting to believe that.
If you want to start diving into advanced lucid dreaming, I believe yoga would definitely be a great start.

Today, was my 3rd day of Yoga. I almost didn’t do it today since it’s a Friday night, but considering how bad my day was today; I thought yoga was going to be a great idea.
Here’s my thoughts on it from today:
- Finished the first video from the Beginner’s Yoga DVD Collection
- Finished the flexibility & Balance segment
- Finished the serenity segment
- I definitely feel very relaxed
- Proud that I finished 1 out of the 4 discs from the yoga DVD collection set my mom bought
- I feel very centered
- Very happy that I did yoga tonight instead of skipping it
- Very glad I meditated after I was done with yoga tonight
